1. Definitions

Platform refers to Article Connect website and services.

User refers to any individual or entity using the platform.

CA Students refers to candidates seeking Articleship opportunities.

CA Firms refers to firms posting Articleship opportunities.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old.

CA Students must be eligible for Articleship as per Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) guidelines.

CA Firms must be legally registered and authorized to offer Articleship.

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

Article Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

4. KYC & Verification

Users may be required to complete KYC verification.

Article Connect reserves the right to approve, reject, or request resubmission of documents.

Only verified CA Firms can post Articleship opportunities.

Only verified CA Students can apply for Articleship positions.

5. Services Provided

Article Connect provides:

Platform to connect CA Students with CA Firms

Articleship listing and application system

Subscription-based premium features

Article Connect does not guarantee:

Job placement

Candidate selection

Accuracy of third-party information

6. User Responsibilities

CA Students:

Provide accurate academic and personal details

Avoid fraudulent applications

Do not misuse platform features

CA Firms:

Post genuine and lawful Articleship opportunities

Provide accurate firm details

Avoid misleading or fake listings

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require payment.

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Article Connect reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Post false, misleading, or illegal content

Upload harmful files or malware

Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes

Attempt to hack or disrupt the system

9. Content & Data

Users retain ownership of their submitted data.

By using the platform, you grant Article Connect the right to use data for service improvement.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Article Connect shall not be liable for:

Any direct or indirect loss arising from platform use

Hiring decisions made by CA Firms

Actions of users on the platform

11. Termination

Article Connect may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violation of terms.

Users may also deactivate their account at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Article Connect reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
